Having been in the Optical business since 1967 we rely on prescriptions by Optometrist and Ophthalmologists from all over the Tri-State area, in point of fact 75% of our customers come into our office with prescriptions written by Doctors outside our office. Our name has become synonymous with quality, accuracy and professional prescription evaluations and filling.

For several years (Gen Y Uniquers), kids who fell at the end of the Millenial Gen Y threshold, who were the trendsetters for the next generation, were coming into optical stores and looking for old eyeglass frames, purchasing second-hand clothing and shoes and creating a wholly unique fashion trend known as Grunge.

Our company prides itself on having the greatest selection of frames in the area and as independent from a corporate office we can order a frame from almost any manufacturer so a customer selection is nearly limitless, many of the frames our customers choose come directly from internet sales.
Progressive Lens Brands and Coatings
There are probably over a hundred different progressive lens types on the market and dozens of designs and it is up to your Optician or Optical doctor to know of and understand them so as to best suit them to the customers specific requirements in consideration with the cost and the certain limits and restrictions Insurer may place on their insured subscriber.
Contact Lens Exams
We are delighted to offer comprehensive contact lens exams for those patients interested in choosing contact lenses instead of, or in addition to, prescription glasses. All appointments are carried out by our professional staff at our optical center in Barboursville, WV.
Contact Lenses
We fill everyone’s contact lens prescriptions and have a strong established contact lens database of customers who simply phone in their orders and the lenses are either available to be picked up conveniently in our office or are dropped shipped directly to their home
